I have always been drawn to the human side of change. Throughout my career, I have worked with capable, thoughtful people who were carrying a lot, supporting others, solving problems, and trying to keep moving forward even when the next step was not clear.

My background in continuous improvement taught me to look beyond the surface, understand what is really happening, and identify practical next steps. My study of psychology has deepened my appreciation for the human experiences that shape our choices and sense of direction.

The complimentary introductory coaching call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. We will talk about what is on your mind, what you are hoping to change, and what kind of support may be helpful.
This first conversation is my gift to you. It is also a chance for both of us to decide whether working together feels like the right fit. There is no obligation to continue.

Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is focused on reflection, growth, decision-making, and moving forward. It is not a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment. If you are looking for support related to a mental health condition, trauma, or a crisis, a licensed mental health professional may be the better fit.
