I believe meaningful change often begins with an honest conversation.
Throughout my life and career, I have been drawn to the human side of change.
I have worked with capable, thoughtful people who were carrying a lot. On the outside, they were doing what needed to be done: supporting others, solving problems, meeting responsibilities, and continuing to move forward. But underneath, they may have felt overwhelmed, uncertain, or aware that something needed to change.
I understand that feeling personally, too.
There have been seasons in my own life when the next step was not obvious, the usual answers no longer fit, and slowing down felt both necessary and uncomfortable.
What I have learned is that clarity rarely comes from pushing harder.
Sometimes, we need space to pause, sort through the noise, and think honestly about what matters most.
